Shipio is a Shopify application that simplifies shipping for merchants in Moldova and Romania. Generate AWBs, calculate live shipping rates, track orders, and create fiscal invoices — all from your Shopify admin panel.

Installation
- Go to the Shopify App Store and search for Shipio
- Click Install — works on all Shopify plans (Basic, Shopify, Advanced, Plus)
- Enter your courier API credentials (FAN Courier and/or Parflex)
- Configure your shipping rates and preferences

Features
Automatic AWB Generation
Create shipping labels (AWBs) with one click directly from your Shopify orders page. No need to log into courier dashboards or fill in forms manually.
Live Shipping Rates
Automatically calculates shipping costs at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers see accurate rates before placing an order.
Real-time Order Tracking
Keeps customers informed about their delivery status. Tracking updates are synced automatically from the courier service.
SmartBill Invoicing
Generates e-Factura ANAF compliant fiscal invoices automatically for Romanian merchants. Invoices are created when orders are fulfilled.
Configuration
FAN Courier Setup
- Go to Shipio settings in your Shopify admin
- Enter your FAN Courier API credentials (Client ID, Username, Password)
- Configure default package dimensions and weight
- Enable automatic AWB generation if desired
Parflex Setup
- Go to Shipio settings in your Shopify admin
- Enter your Parflex API credentials
- Configure default shipping parameters
- Enable live rate calculation at checkout
SmartBill Setup
- Go to Shipio → Invoicing settings
- Enter your SmartBill API key and company details
- Configure invoice templates and numbering
- Enable automatic invoice generation on order fulfillment
Contact your courier provider (FAN Courier or Parflex) to obtain API access credentials. For SmartBill, register at smartbill.ro and generate an API key from your account settings.
