How do I get a Merchant ID?

Contact Victoriabank’s e-commerce department. They will provide your Merchant ID and Terminal ID after signing a merchant agreement.

How do I switch from Sandbox to Production?

1. Ensure you have a valid Stripe subscription (managed from the plugin settings)
2. Change the Mode setting from sandbox to production
3. Enter your production Merchant ID and Terminal ID (these may differ from sandbox credentials)

What currencies are supported?

Victoriabank’s payment gateway supports MDL (Moldovan Leu), USD, and EUR.

How do refunds work?

Refunds can be initiated from your store’s admin panel (WooCommerce Order page or PrestaShop Order page). The refund is processed through the VBPay backend and reflected in Victoriabank’s system.
